Who is responsible
This website is run by Angela Mudukuti. If you have any questions about your data, contact [email address].
What this site collects
This is a personal website. It has no user accounts, no comment forms, and no analytics or advertising trackers.
Server logs
Like every website, this site is hosted on a server operated by [hosting provider]. The server automatically records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. This is used only to keep the site running and secure, and the records are deleted after [period, e.g. 30 days].
Contacting me
If you email me through the links on this site, I use your email address and message only to reply to you. They are not shared or used for marketing.
Cookies this site always uses
These small files are needed for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off:
- Privacy choice (
uncode_privacy): remembers whether you accepted or declined YouTube, so you aren’t asked again on every page. - Image sizing (
uncodeAI): stores your screen size so the site sends images at the right size for your device. It holds no personal details.
What you can accept or decline: YouTube videos
The talks and interviews on this site are hosted on YouTube, a service of Google. Until you accept, the videos stay blocked and no data is sent to YouTube. If you accept, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and information about the videos you watch, under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time by opening Privacy Preferences.
Links to other websites
This site links to articles and publications on other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data I hold about you, such as an email you sent. You can also object to how it is used. Contact me at angelamudukuti@edoublea.org. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
I may update this policy if the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
